You did best ignoring the full-protein days. Yet I think y can spend some more time on that diet but not for too long, your body needs carbohydrates. Watching the weight you lost and the time you spent, you probably diou should eat some more carbohydrates (whole grains). If you rather not to, youdn't harm your body. But I needed to say that Dukan's diet is not the healthiest choice! Specially for people who need to loose plenty of weiight. Keep it up, thought, at least you are eating! hahaha

For staying healthy, you need to consume carbohydrates, which are extremely low in Dukan's diet. On the other hand, the amount of protein in this diet is completely insane and on a long term is terrible for the liver and the kidneys. If you don't have plenty of weight to loose, it isn't so bad, but I would not recommend it for a people that need to loose a big amount of weight.

Thank you, I hope that I didn’t do any harm for my health and nor other people. I’ve heard that this is unhealthy, so I’ve just ignored protein days and had only proteins+vegetables days.

What is unhealthy about it? Eating vegetables, proteins, yoghurts, oatbran is unhealthy?
